Privacy policy

Provisional document. The final version will be written with a legal professional before WahaTech opens to the public.

WahaTech collects the data needed for the service: identity, contact details, role, region, professional profile and, for farmers, farm information (area, crops, irrigation). Passwords are encrypted and are never readable, not even by the WahaTech team.

Farm data is never published. With your consent, it is used anonymously and in aggregate to produce regional agricultural statistics. Your data is not sold.

You can ask for your data to be corrected or deleted at any time, in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
